对于重工业机械加工企业来说，新建厂房时选择何种工业是非常重要的问题，因为重工业机械厂房需要经常走大车、叉车，还有货物拖拽、工具冲击、设备震动、油污渗透、铁屑磨损等情况，因此对有强度高、耐磨损、抗压护冲击、防渗透、地面洁净、不起灰不起砂、易于维护、使用寿命长等要求，如果做的地面不结实，用个三年两年就坏了，还得重新维修，这样即费时、费力还费钱财。那么重工业机械厂房选择哪种比较合适呢?针对重工业机械厂房的功能需求，一般选择环氧砂浆、地坪和金刚砂。

1、环氧砂浆地坪

环氧砂浆地坪是采用环氧抗压耐磨砂浆与环氧面漆结合而成的高耐磨抗压地面，是专业解决重型机械制造企业厂房、工业及商业仓库、地下停车场等地面保护问题的地坪系统。

环氧砂浆地坪的特点就是耐冲击、耐重压，机械性能佳，而且外观平整亮丽、色彩多样， 无接缝、便于清洁、维护方便。因此，非常适合重工业机械厂房地坪。但是环氧砂浆地坪美中不足的是容易被尖锐物品划伤。

Epoxy mortar floor is characterized by impact resistance, pressure resistance, good mechanical properties, smooth and bright appearance, various colors, seamless, easy cleaning and maintenance. Therefore, it is very suitable for the floor of heavy industrial machinery plant. But the defect of epoxy mortar floor is that it is easy to be scratched by sharp objects.

2、地坪

2. Concrete Sealing and Curing Agent Floor

地坪是一种在混凝土地面上直接施工，通过机械打磨抛光和材料的渗透硬化反应来达到增加地面强度和耐磨度的功能，让普通的水泥地面有大理石般光泽度的洁净地坪。

The concrete sealant and curing agent floor is a kind of clean floor directly constructed on the concrete floor. It can increase the strength and wear resistance of the floor by mechanical polishing and osmotic hardening reaction of the material, so that the ordinary cement floor has a marble gloss.

混凝土不仅能够满足重工业机械加工车间对工业地坪的要求，其最大的优势还在于无需专门维护和长久的使用寿命，缺点是颜色单一，装饰性效果差。所以，对于地面颜色没有太多要求的重工业厂房，可以选择。

Concrete sealant curing agent floor can not only meet the requirements of heavy industry machinery processing workshop for industrial floor, its greatest advantage is that it does not need special maintenance and long service life, but also has the disadvantage of single color and poor decorative effect. 3、金刚砂

金刚砂是由一定颗粒级配的矿物合金骨料，特种水泥，其它掺合料和外加剂组成，开袋即可使用。将其均匀地撒布在即将初凝阶段的混凝土表面，经专门手段加工，从而与混凝土地面形成一个整体，且具有高致密性和着色的高性能耐磨地面。

Diamond abrasion-resistant floor is composed of mineral alloy aggregate with certain particle size distribution, special cement, other admixtures and additives, which can be used in open bags. It is evenly distributed on the concrete surface in the early setting stage, and processed by special means, so as to form a whole with concrete floor, and has high compactness and coloration of high-performance wear-resistant floor.

金刚砂的特点是施工成本低但又增强混凝土地面的耐磨性、耐冲击性度。极大提高了混凝土的密度，使其减少起尘，增加了地面的防油性，形成了一个高密度、易清洁、抗渗透的地面。与混凝土地面一起施工，施工工期短。耐久性好，减少了因周期性涂装或将表面增厚所带来的费用。因此，也是比较适合重工业机械厂房。注意的是：做金钢砂得与打混凝土的时候同时施工。常规颜色为：绿色、灰色。
